CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD AND DIRECTOR

Mr. Pasquale serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dine Brands Global, Inc. He has served on the Corporation’s Board of Directors since March 2013 and assumed the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors in June 2025. He currently serves as chief executive officer of Capstone Enterprises Corporation, a private investment and consulting firm he founded in 2012. Mr. Pasquale served as Nationwide Health Properties’ chairman of the board of directors from 2009 to 2011, president and chief executive officer from 2004 to 2011, and executive vice president and chief operating officer from 2003 to 2004. He also served as a director of Nationwide Health Properties from 2003 to 2011 and currently serves on three other NYSE boards of directors including Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. since 2012, Terreno Realty Corporation since 2010 and Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. since 2011.
